A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Client Communications
Coordinators
Manage daily workflow and performance of the team, including
assigning tasks and monitoring progress
Identify process improvement strategies and track performance
metrics for feedback to management
Required Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in a related field
1 - 2 years of supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel
skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong customer service skills
