Job Description:
A company is looking for an Absence Leave Specialist to review
claims for leaves of absence and determine eligibility for
approval.
Key Responsibilities
Review claim requests to ensure eligibility based on medical
conditions and guidelines
Communicate with employees, employers, healthcare providers, and
attorneys to gather necessary information
Process claims accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining
confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
Passion for helping individuals during times of need
Strong mathematical skills for calculations and adjustments
Independent and innovative thinking for decision-making
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
responsibilities
