Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multi-Specialty Profee Coding
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for a minimum of 1-4
specialties
Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels using company
algorithms
Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes while adhering to
coding guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or
CCS-P)
At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience is required
Working knowledge of EMR and billing systems is necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
Must maintain an ongoing productivity level and accuracy rate of
95% or higher
