Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Operations to manage
daily activities of a production team and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction, leadership, and mentoring to staff
Interact with clients to resolve issues and provide production
information
Conduct performance appraisals and assist in employee development
plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Experience with medical reimbursement claims procedures and
documentation
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience in performance evaluation procedures and budgeting
principles preferred
