A company is looking for a remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to members and prescribers
Review Medicare enrollment cases using multiple software systems
Meet government-mandated deadlines and provide resolutions to beneficiaries and providers

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, online accounts, password resets)
