Description: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift - CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator2nd Shift ($1.00 per hour premium)3rd Shift ($2.00 per hour premium)$20.00 to $26.00 per hour. Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations. We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team. CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines- CNC Vertical Lathe experience- Familiarity with DMG or Mori or Doosan Machines- G&M Code familiarity- Ability to perform your own tool changes- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Understanding of containment- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines- Perform routine maintenance on machines- Follow safety procedures and guidelines- Production orientedRequirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings- Knowledge of G & M code programming- Ability to use precision measuring tools- Strong attention to detail and quality- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good communication skills
