Job Description:
A company is looking for a BSA Compliance Specialist I - FIU
Complex Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and mitigate risks associated with high-risk customers
through due diligence and suspicious activity identification
Implement and improve compliance policies and control procedures in
accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report suspicious activities related to money
laundering and terrorist financing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or
investigative services, or 6+ years of banking experience
Proficient in personal computer skills, including spreadsheet and
database systems
Strong understanding of Federal and State guidance, laws, and
regulations
Previous law enforcement experience or forensic/financial
investigations is preferred
