Job Description:
A company is looking for a Summer Associate - Law Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
Support in-house counsel with legal research and prepare legal
memos
Conduct or update 50 state surveys and review legal agreements
Gather and compile relevant case information and perform other
assigned duties
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree
Knowledge of fundamental concepts of a professional office
environment
Ability to learn and use legal software such as Westlaw and
Bloomberg
Strong research skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or
training approved by Human Resources
