Job Description:

A company is looking for a DeFi Lead to manage and lead decentralized finance product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Advise external partners on DeFi product development
Manage and enhance the core DeFi product ecosystem
Analyze ecosystem health and create incentive designs for growth

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years in DeFi, crypto, or fintech product leadership/management
Deep understanding of DeFi products and ecosystems
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for users
Proven track record of leading projects and navigating ambiguity
