Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider & Payer Services
Credentialing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the DCA discovery phase and implementation process, ensuring
compliance with NCQA standards and regulations
Screen incoming credentialing packets for accuracy and collaborate
with various teams to ensure data integrity
Act as the primary contact for credentialing requests and maintain
compliance with payer and regulatory audit requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with additional college coursework or
comparable work experience
2 years of experience in a managed care environment with insurance
and credentialing knowledge
Strong computer literacy skills
Basic knowledge of Health Care, Managed Care Principles, and
Contracting
CPCS - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist - State of
Pennsylvania upon hire
