Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Contracts Negotiator to
manage customer contract negotiations and legal agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire customer contract negotiation process, including
reviewing and drafting legal agreements
Manage relationships with sales teams and internal experts to
ensure compliance with company policies
Participate in special projects and develop subject matter
expertise within the Legal Department
Required Qualifications
Licensed attorney preferred, but relevant experience for
non-attorneys is also considered
Solid understanding of legal terms and contract formulation
principles
Experience in the software or SAAS industries is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, and familiarity
with databases like Salesforce or Ironclad
Experience working with sales teams is a plus
