Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead AR Specialist to oversee and
manage Accounts Receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage DSD and Corporate Account AR functions
Report on late or missing payments and ensure timely follow-up
Generate weekly aging and reconciliation reports for AR-related
financial accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(preferred)
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in accounts receivable or
related fields
Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
Proficiency in AR systems and financial software (e.g., Salesforce,
ERP systems)
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
