Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor- Operations to ensure
high-quality service by coaching and developing customer service
representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team to meet account-specific and organizational
performance indicators
Monitor employee performance and manage coaching, recognition, and
reviews
Handle escalated customer calls and promote teamwork within the
organization
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or call center, with at
least 12 months in a supervisory role
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Proficiency with relevant technology, including computers and
software applications
Ability to drive team efficiency and manage workloads
effectively
