The Judge Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a supply chain and logistics company located in the Downers Grove, IL area.Title: Compensation Analyst Location: Downers Grove, IL Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Schedule: HybridResponsibilities:---\tConduct thorough job evaluations, market analyses, and research to inform compensation decisions and program recommendations. ---\tEnsuring alignment between job descriptions and actual job duties performed by employees. ---\tIdentifying process improvement opportunities for business processes related to compensation. ---\tDocumenting new procedures and business process workflows to enhance efficiency. ---\tParticipating in third-party compensation surveys to benchmark our compensation practices against industry standards. Researching peer companies and external markets to stay informed about compensation trends. ---\tAnalyzing job profiles and specifications using job evaluation and leveling techniques. ---\tAligning jobs within the organization and establishing compensation parameters that are equitable and competitive in the external market. ---\tEnsuring that all reviewed jobs comply with exemption status requirements and meet regulatory standards.Qualifications:---\tBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
