Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday integrations with third-party vendors internal systems, utilizing various Workday integration tools such as Workday Web Services API, Connectors, Studio, and Orchestration.
• Creating and maintaining Workday reports, PRISM solutions, and Extend applications for the accounting and finance teams.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, keeping abreast of the latest enhancements and Workday releases, and providing guidance on optimal and scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to the security framework and data integrity.Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, Workday Web Services, Connectors, Studio, and Orchestration, as well as SQL.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday security framework, including the ability to configure and manage ISU users and segmented security, along with identifying and mitigating risks associated with various integration solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, covering core financials, banking and settlement, supplier accounts, and expenses.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning preferred.
  • Workday Pro certification in Integrations is essential; certifications in reporting, security, and PRISM analytics are highly valued.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
