Position Summary The Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Service and Returns Lead, to diagnose issues, make repairs of warranty pumps and other products.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:-- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pump or other products.-- Run basic diagnostic tests to detect minor problems.-- Disassembling pumps when needed.-- Update Warranty Ticket System. Maintain detailed records and documents of equipment and update warranty ticket system.-- Communicate with Sales Dept regarding service tickets.-- Assist with customer/Rep trainings on products. How to properly operate or repair.-- Inspect shipping damage and document on ticket system.-- Tear down of non-warranty product and dispose of scrap.-- Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.-- Occasional site visitation for troubleshooting and/or repair of pumps and equipment if needed.-- Work in a safe manner while maintaining 6s.Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)-- High School Diploma - or the equivalent-- Mechanically inclined. -- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail-- Steady work history-- Ability to work in a team-- Positive communication skills-- Stand for 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.-- Share our values of fairness, respect, passion, responsibility, and integrityPM22PIbca47858b98d-25660-35827548
