Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst (Remote) to ensure
compliance with federal procurement regulations and manage contract
documents.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and
coordinate agreement reviews
Support government Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate
with proposal teams to ensure contract compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years of recent contract administration experience supporting a
federal government contractor
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Preferred certifications: Certified Professional Contract Manager,
Certified Federal Contract Manager, or Certified Contract
Management Associate
Above average knowledge of federal government procurement processes
and contract types
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Clearance and U.S. Citizenship
