During the program, you'll have the chance to engage with teams from various departments. Additionally, you'll collaborate with fellow interns on an exciting, summer-long group project!Planning InternThe Planning team's role is to drive client business by crafting meaningful strategies born from a holistic understanding of our target audiences [Consumer, Patient, Caregiver, HCP, Payer]. We utilize primary and secondary market research to identify conscious and subconscious barriers and drivers to motivate meaningful attitudinal and behavioral change. The Planning Intern will contribute to logistic and strategic support to planners and the accounts they lead.What You'll Do

• Target Identification: develop skills in understanding target attitudes, beliefs and behavior within diverse therapeutic areas
• Insight Mining: develop expertise in uncovering and utilizing target insights
• Market research: learn how to leverage market research to uncover learnings and insights
• Storytelling & creative inspiration: develop verbal, writing, and presentation skills
• Execute day-to-day activities on assigned projects, supporting Planners in the dept
• Market research administration and coordination for qualitative new business projects
• Attend/listen to qualitative interviews and provide internal team with recaps
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a comprehensive, final project to feature in your professional portfolioWho You Are
  • A graduating senior (2025) or an undergraduate junior (graduating 2026)
  • An organized, multi-tasker, always up for a challenge
  • Must be innately curious about human behavior
  • Preference for social sciences, marketing, communication, or sciences
  • A champion of diversity and an inclusive culture, who uses cultural competence to propel agency and client business forward
  • The ability to work independently and reliably on a hybrid schedule consisting of remote and weekly on-site visits to our Chicago officeCompensation Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
