Structural Steel Detailer/AutoCAD/SDS2/3D Modeling/Architectural Drafting

Endres Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a structural steel Designer. We are an AISC certified fabricator of structural steel located in Arlington and Waunakee, WI.

Job Duties:

Prepare and Deliver customer approval drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawings on time and with accuracy.
Prepare conceptual design and draft submittal drawings for customer, field measurement drawings, final installation and fabrication drawings.
Revise per redlines from customer.
Responsible for meeting project schedules and budgets
Develop new product designs in communication with supervisor.
Deliver drawings on schedule based on project schedule requirements.
Ability to work in fast paced environment managing multiple jobs.

Job Requirements:

Associate degree in Structural/Mechanical/Civil/Architectural Drafting, Construction, Engineering or related field preferred
1 year of detailing experience preferred.
Knowledge of SDS/2 and CAD software a plus
Read and interpret work instructions, prints, drawings and job layouts.
Steel background preferred.
Team interaction and excellent communication skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Ability to detail products as a team member, sharing assignments to complete single units.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
