OverviewPartner - General Liability Department Lead - Chicago, ILPosition Overview: Kelley Kronenberg is launching its General Liability practice in Chicago, and we're looking for a visionary Partner to lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit who's ready to build and manage a General Liability team in one of the country's top legal markets. As the foundational leader in Chicago, you'll have significant autonomy and support to develop client relationships, build a high-performing team, and drive the growth of the General Liability practice.What You'll Do:

• Lead and Grow: Establish and expand the General Liability department in Chicago, setting the strategic direction and ensuring high-quality client service.
• Develop Business: Leverage your experience and networks to develop new business opportunities, supported by Kelley Kronenberg's dedicated Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Mentor and Manage: Build a team from the ground up, providing mentorship and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Chair of General Liability to align Chicago's growth with the firm's broader objectives and to tap into national resources.
• Client Relations: Maintain and expand client relationships, delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor on complex general liability matters.What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed Attorney with 5+ years of experience in General Liability.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and commitment to building a practice.
