Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Associate C3.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Learning Partners to develop and refine
specialized training materials for the Arandee Project
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in
training programs and generate actionable insights
Assist in onboarding new raters and provide ongoing support
throughout their integration into project workflows
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience as a rater within the Arandee
Project
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
(e.g., education, psychology, linguistics)
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related
tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting
performance metrics
Familiarity with online collaboration tools and data visualization
tools
