Job Description:
A company is looking for a Therapist to provide wellness and
resiliency counseling to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual counseling sessions and run skills groups to
teach healthy coping skills
Manage crisis situations and implement outreach initiatives to
promote positive mental health
Design individualized wellness programs and collect data for
program evaluation
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, Social
Work, or a similar field
Fully licensed professional practitioner (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC,
Licensed Psychologist)
Three years of post-licensure experience in counseling, including
individual, group, and crisis management services
Contractors must carry their own personal liability insurance
Must utilize their own Electronic or Paper Health Record system
maintained outside any company platform
