Job Description:
A company is looking for a DFC Dispute Resolution Associate I to
act as a liaison between the organization and customers to resolve
consumer disputes related to loans and credit reporting issues.
Key Responsibilities
Address consumer and customer dispute inquiries, both regular and
escalated
Conduct investigations and responses to complaints via inbound and
outbound calls
Research and respond to inquiries regarding credit reporting and
the dispute process
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in credit dispute resolution preferred
Customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to maintain relationships with Credit Reporting Agencies
(CRAs)
