Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Purchase Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the leading mortgage expert for all parties involved in
the home buying process
Manage pre-approval transactions from application to funding,
including communication with borrowers and real estate agents
Gather required documentation and ensure a seamless mortgage
transaction while maintaining a pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per
month
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years mortgage purchase processing experience
Self-directed and motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced
environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities
Exceptional customer service skills
