Description:Accord Carton is looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our paperboard manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating finishing equipment to produce high-quality, finished products. If you value teamwork and appreciate opportunities for professional growth, we want you in our family!Responsibilities Operate finishing equipment, such as folder gluers and window machines.Set up and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.Monitor and control the finishing process to ensure quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
