Job Description:

Position OverviewDesign cost-effective displays for products or goods from conception to completion. ResponsibilitiesFacilitate ordering process for dies, create complete instruction sheets, carton content/layout/sizes.
Receive, respond and solve internal and external inquiries and /or complaints
Interact as liaison between sales team, PM's customer, & manufacturing
Assist in maintaining a complete photo library of completed projects/white samples.
Maintain time log for individual jobs
Works independently - regularly exercises judgment and discretionMaintain highly organized, detailed records of complete design specifications & CAD drawings
Maintain a positive, cooperative, professional attitude toward co-workers, customers, and vendors.
Continually meet or exceed internal and external customer Maintain highly organized, detailed records of complete design specifications & CAD drawings

Maintain organized sample room.
Rotate display's in display showroom.

Assist on projects created by others during times of absence.
Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Management

Experience with Artios CAD, Photo Shop, Illustrator
Ability to hand draw or use software design programs
Excellent organizational skills/ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous work experience in manufacturing of temporary displays a plus.
