  • Job Details
  • 12 weeks - BLS, ARDMS; Call: based on department needs for any shift that may come up - variable during the week days, as needed for weekends, holidays rotating with staff; at least 1 year of hospital experience; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. For any disciplinary actions please complete FACIS Questionnaire available in EII document library and upload with board documents and verification.
    • Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
    • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start. TB Questionnaire must be updated annually. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.

      • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
