Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee performance and meet business needs
Develop and implement leadership programs to create a talent pipeline
Conduct training needs assessments and develop appropriate learning interventions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
BA/BS degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources or Education
Understanding of various instructional design techniques
Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate and Learning Management Systems
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based meeting tools
