Job Description:

A company is looking for HCC Coders for a fully remote project.

Key Responsibilities

Review medical records and apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems
Ensure accurate and compliant coding for risk adjustment purposes
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize HCC coding strategies

Required Qualifications

Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC-A not accepted)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HCC coding
Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems
