Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage mortgage loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and closing coordination

Required Qualifications and Education

5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
Current experience with purchase loans
Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
