Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Events Project Specialist to
support and coordinate logistics for global events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of Pax8 Beyond Events, managing
logistics and internal communications
Collaborate with various departments to organize campaign details
and event content
Analyze processes for improvement and manage documentation for
attendees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
At least three (3) years of event coordination or relevant program
management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Proficiency in project management applications
At least one (1) year of experience at the company for internal
candidates
