Job Description:
A company is looking for an ED Facility Coder with I&I and
Charge Review experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for various
specialties
Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels and recognize critical
care cases
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain productivity
and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P)
Minimum of 6 months of on-the-job coding experience
Working knowledge of EMR and Billing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Must maintain ongoing productivity and accuracy rates of 95% or
higher
