Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist - State Exams
to act as a regulatory liaison for federal, state, and agency
examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with various departments to collect data and fulfill
external audit requests
Monitor and track all external audit requests, ensuring accurate
and complete deliverables
Develop corrective action plans and collaborate with business
management and external parties
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience as a Compliance Analyst, External Auditor,
Regulatory Examiner, or Regulatory Liaison in the consumer
financial industry
Preferred experience with the State Examination System
Project management and issue management skills are preferred
Knowledge of all lending channels is required
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
