Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Specialist to provide legal
and non-legal research support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct extensive legal, business, and general research using
various databases
Provide client development research support and assist with special
projects
Train and support staff in the use of print and electronic
resources
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's Degree in library/information science from an ALA
accredited school
Three or more years of relevant law firm or corporate research
experience
Intellectual Property research experience preferred
Working knowledge of legal and business databases such as Lexis and
Westlaw
Proven track record of collaboration in a team environment
