Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via chat, phone, text, and email
channels
Assist members with order inquiries, account updates, and
cancellation requests
Educate members on membership benefits and product offerings to
enhance retention
Qualifications
Passion for health and wellness aligned with the company's
mission
Proficiency in Google Apps and experience with Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Call center experience is helpful but not required
Ability to self-manage productivity and assess performance
Dedication to providing a positive customer support experience
