Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Specialist
responsible for expanding customer relationships and originating
compliant consumer loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Originate loans and conduct pre-qualification interviews for
customers
Ensure loan applications are complete and compliant with policies
and regulations
Follow up on leads and promote loan programs through collaboration
with internal colleagues
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2-4 years of experience in residential loan origination, consumer
lending, processing, or credit
Knowledge of ECOA, RESPA, and other regulatory requirements
Ability to maintain communication with applicants and follow up as
necessary
Must meet registry requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E Act
