Job Description:
- Certification Details
- Must be AHA BLS
- ARRT
- WI state license
- Job Details
- 12 weeks
- Rotating Shifts as needed: 1st shift e/o weekend, 2-8s
(0800-1630) and 2-10s (0800-1830) for most of contract
- 5 weeks of contract will be on 3rd shift (mostly 2100-0730, or
1800-0360) to cover leave of another associate from 12/8-1/11/25
working the shifts as needed: 1-12/2-10s in week 1 and 4-10s in
week 2
- Siemens and/or GE experience preferred, one specifically of the
2 with minimum of 2 years experience, EPIC
- may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40
miles if needed
- Job Requirements
- Must be AHA BLS
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified
through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
- If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine
- Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the
following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants,
non-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune
immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)
- Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation
of declination to vaccine
- Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs
to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not
accepted
- HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
- Education needs to be validated at the source level in
accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information
and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed by the Third Party
- Schedule Information
- 1st shift e/o weekend
- every third weekend on 1st shift, every other on 3rd shift
