Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with
substance use disorder experience for a fully remote, full-time
position.
Key Responsibilities
Complete new patient intakes and oral fluid test visits
Monitor incoming patient messages and manage administrative tasks
related to patient care
Communicate with pharmacies for refills and authorizations, and
support clinicians with patient care
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or substance
use treatment
Comfortable with technology and experience with common business
tools
Knowledge of healthcare terminology, especially in addiction
medicine
A dedicated, private workspace with high-speed internet for remote
work
