Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. - You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks. - -We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years -
• Minimum Degree Status: Undergraduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025) -
• Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Degree concentration in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Management, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering or similar is preferred -
  • Previous strategy consulting experience is preferred -
  • Healthcare provider or fellowship experience and/or education in health economics is strongly desired -
  • Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL -
  • Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources -
  • Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs -
  • Strong quantitative and organizational skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills -
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills -
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint -
  • Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations -
  • Heavy travel (east coast to west coast) may be required, depending on client assignment -The annual salary range for this position is $62,400.00-$93,600.00.
