  Compensation Range: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour

  The Unit Manager is a pivotal member of our nursing staff, tasked with delivering high-quality resident care and upholding clinical standards alongside the Director of Nursing. As an influential leader, you will serve as both a clinical resource and a role model for your team, dedicated to enhancing the care services we offer and creating an environment where excellence is achieved.
  
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Valid RN license in Wisconsin
    
  • Current CPR certification
    
  • Preferred prior experience within long-term care settings
    
  • One year of supervisory experience is advantageous
    
  • Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing required
