Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Property Line Leader - Personal
Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Set coverage offerings and risk appetite for property products
Develop best practices for product and underwriting, focusing on
risk selection and market intelligence
Monitor product line performance and manage operational budgets to
drive value
Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree or post-graduate studies preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in personal/commercial lines
insurance or related fields
At least 10 years of leadership experience
Ability to manage profit and loss for Personal Lines Auto
Experience in underwriting, pricing, and product management
